The website provides information about the hotel’s services, prices, promotions, and other details. Additionally, users can book vacations and vacation packages (hereinafter: “Services”) online, subject to the sale terms specified on the website.

Booking services through the website is equivalent to booking directly with the hotel’s internet or reservations department and constitutes a binding transaction. Guests must maintain the condition of hotel property, including room furnishings, hotel facilities, and bicycles provided for use. Guests are fully responsible for inspecting the bicycles before use.

In the event of damage or loss of property, the guest will be charged the value of the damage without requiring proof.

A reservation is only confirmed upon receiving approval from the Company. Reservations made through the website are considered remote sales transactions only if they comply with the conditions set forth in the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

The website is intended for individual bookings by private customers, not for group bookings. The Company reserves the right to decline any reservation request at its sole discretion without explanation. Guests will have no claim against the Company for such decisions.
